OVERVIEW

GLEAM is an LGBT resource group that offers internal programs, support, and partnerships for employees. Every year they design a t-shirt for PRIDE parades all over the world, selecting a different designer, each year.

Several designs were created but the brand and GLEAM team went with a brand forward option where the design didn't disrupt the Microsoft brand logo and capitalized on the sentiment of being "Better Together."
